Today I received your letter dated August 1,1980 wherein you state that you would like to become an intervenor and ask~that the Licensing Board consider a Class 9 accident.

Enclosed is a copy of our Rules of Practice,10 C.F.R. Part 2.

If you wish to file an untimely petition for leave to intervene, your atten-tion is directed to 5 2.714.

On the other hand, if you merely wish to make a limited appearance statement, your attention is directed to i 2.715(a)..
