Dear Mr. Denton:
Per Reference (a), Commonwealth Edison Company requested a change to Facility Operating License Nos. OPR-39 and DPR-48.
The purpose of that request was to modify-the diesel generator allowed outage times of Item 10.6 in Appendix A of Reference (b).
By copy of this letter, Commonwealth Edison hereby withdraws the requested change.
