H. llanauer, et al., " Periodic Status Reports for TMI Action Plan Items," Aug. 01, 1980 This memorandu:n is in response to Reference 1 which requested that we provide certain infomation to assist tracking of the Till Action Plan by the Office of Management and Program Analysis (t:PA). The infon:ation required consisted of: a) a compilation of those action plan itens being worked on, b) the dates that each activity will be complete, and c) iden-tification of criginally planned accomplishments that were deferred because of resources transferred to the Action Plan.
To obtain the infomation requested, we are establishing a periodic reporting system to assess the status of each action plan item assigned to itens (a) and (b), and an overall surmary of the status of each iten.
The initial survey from the Responsible Individuals assigned to each iten is expected by August 15, 1980.

The infomation to be obta1ned in these surveys was discussed kaong members of the flRR Planning and Program Analysis Staff,17A, and the Generic Issues Branch. During these: discussions, a list of action itens requested in item (a) uns provided to the MPA representatives. The infomation requested under item (b) will be forwarded to MPA as the survey surraries are obtained.
