This refers to your application dated August 2,1977, as amended, requesting approval to deliver the Model No. CNSI-14-195L packaging to a carrier for transport.
A number of exchanges of correspondence regarding this matter have taken place since your submission. However, as of this date, you have failed to provide the infomation requested in our last letter of September 10, 1979; therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.108 Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, application for design approval for the Model No.
CNSI-14-195L shipping package is denied.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.103, you may request a hearing with respect to this denial within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
