Attached are seven copies of the July 18, 1980 revision of the Union Carbide Corporation Radioactive Material Packaging Quality Assurance Program.
The major changes from the previous revision (dated July 18, 1979) are as follows:
1.
Changing titles to conform to the present site organization.
2.
Delineating additional specific forms of radioactive material packaged under the QA program.
3.
Identifying additional components within the site organization which now function within the QA program.
Your September 26, 1979 and July 3, 1980 requests for additional information have also been addressed.
You requested that the qualifications of the Manager, Radiochemical Production be described.
A description of the qualifications of that position (which is presently entitled Business Manager, Radiochemicals) is included in Section 1,
Organization.
