We received you'r letter of June 26,1980 (CEB: 80-107), for an exemption from the requirecents of 10 CFR 73.67 (e) and (g). The request is a separate issue from your letter of June 26, 1980 (CEB: 80-106).
Your request for an exemption from 10 CFR 73.67 has been classified by the safeguards Licensing staff as requiring a minor amendment to License S!!'t-777.
i Therefore, a minor safeguards amendment fee of $3,500 is required, as specified in fee Category lA of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed.
Payment should be made to the U.S. ?!uclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.
Picase note Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31, tihich provide that upon completion of the licensing review, the Comission will review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services, recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary, make any refunds.
