Dear Dr. Chen:
On December 23, 1977, the operating license for your Argonaut-type nuclear reactor expired. Although you applied for renewal on October 21,1977, and thus have been allowed to continue to operate, your failure to provide the documentation required in support of this action may necessitate that we reconsider the status of your license.
Please furnish us with all information which will allow us to determine whether it is appropriate to allow continued operation of your facility. This information must be submitted to the Staff by C.0.B. September 12, 1980.
