Report for your West Valley New York facility, dated March,1980; the guidelines for implementation of those recomendations, as discussed and agned upon between your representatives and menters of the NRC phys-feal security licensing staff during a meeting held at our Silver Spring.
Maryland office on May 28,1980s and the telephone conversation on this subject between your Mr. J. R. Clark and Mr. O. F. Smith of the NRC staff on July 10. 1980.
At the time of the referenced meeting action had been initiated to satisfy several of the reconnendations. Please provide us a current outlird of specific measures which have been completed and those which are under way or contemplated, with estimated completion dates. Upon our receipt and review of your submission, we will provida our approval and/or coments for the final disposition of the subject recomendations.
