- 2 OticairfCN Of AM(nom (Nf/MQoIP.CATCN The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to extend the period of performance ta October 1,1980', exercise the option for the Contractor to provide Computer Support as needed, and to provide the Contractor with a Texas Instruments Computer Terminal to expedite performance since a' delay arose in furnishing data needed for the analysis. Therefore, the following changes are incorporated into the contract; I. Under Article III - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, delete A in its entirety and substi-

tute the following in lieu thereof "A. The period of performance shall commence on the effective date of this contract and shall not extend beyond October 1, 1980."
II. Under Article V, CONSIDERATION, the Government hereby exercises the option for Computer Support described in Section B.
Therefore, the Contractor is hereby authorized to provide computer programming and computer time as needed in the performance of this contract at the rates set forth in Article I, SUPPLIES /
SERVICES, Section A, Item's 2 and 3. Invoices for those services may be submitted to the NPC bi-weekly.

MOD # 1 Page 2 of 2 III. Under Article X - GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL, add the following:

"The Government will furnish the Cstractor one (1) Texas Instruments Computer Terminal, Tag fiumber 7632, Serial Number 15187, fiodel Number 745 for the purpose of performing Ccmputer programming and analysis of data."
This Supplemental Agreement results in an increase of $10,000.00 frem
$28,500.00 to $38,500.00.
