Amendment No. 4 to License SNM-639 war issued on June 27, 1980, in response to your June 2,1930 application for amendment. (Your June 2 application superseded earlier applications dated December 28, 1979 and April 2, 1980). A minor amendment fee of $1,400 was paid for review and approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review cost 1
is $4,617. Since the maximum fee for a safety and environmental amend-ment in fee Category 1G is $1,400, no additional fee is required.
