Eisenhut dated July 17, 1980 During a site visit at'Sequoyah Nuclear Plant on August 7, 1980, an NRC/TVA investigation team determined that additional sprinkler heads would be required to complete item 9d on the TVA fire protec-tion commitment list (above referenced letter) for unit 1.
