Knight, Assistant Director for Components and Structures Engineering, during the TVA-NRC conference call of July 7,1980, TVA is expanding the scope and the schedule for the seismic design margin program beyond the commitment made in my letter to you dated May 27, 1980. TVA estimates that the expanded program will be completed in about 18 months.
