The contractor is hereby directed to prepare for and conduct the installation of i
a DCS digital terminal at each of the NRC Regional Offices. Additionally the contractor shall conduct training sessions for the Regional Office staff at each location to' insure their awareness of the systems capabilities and operations. The C0AR will identify which terminals are to be packed and tranpsorted to the Regional Offices.

The contractor shall perform all terminal installation and training within one (1) month following the above scheduled dates. The exact date any time of each installation and training shall be coordinated with (1) the Regional point of contact and (2) the C0AR.
B.
Notwithstanding the aforesaid schedule, the contractor shall not perform any instal-lations and/or training beyond Region V until such time that this change order is definitized by a supplemental agreement.
C.
If this change causes an increase or decrease in the estimated cost of or the time required for the performance of,an part of the work of this contract, whether changed or not changed by this order, or otherwise affects any other provisions of this contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made: (i) in the estimated cost or delivery schedule, or both; (ii) in the amount of fixed fee to be paid to the contractor; and (iii) in such other provisions of the contract as may be affected, and the contract shall be modified in writing accordingly.
Any claim for adjustment must be asserted within (30) days from the date of receipt by the contractor of this notification of change.
