e Basis For Applicant's Calculation Of $13,700,000 Figure Referenced On Page o057 Of Transcript The $13,700,000 included in the cost of moving one Midland unit to the Palisades site, as a result of building certain 765 kV transmission lines
- 22 months earlier then otherwise scheduled,is derived as follows:
Capital investment at new date of completion of transmission lines - $h6,820,000 Fixed charge rate - 15 93%
$46,820,000x1593%x$=$13,700000 Construction of the transmission lines on a schedule resulting in conpletion of the transmission lines 22 months later vould result in a $4,385,000 increase in the capital cost as a result of the increased escalation and increased interest during construction.
