Also enclosed are copies of letters to the Secretary of the Appeal Board and the Secretary of the Commission.
As you will see from the letters, because it is unclear whether the Exceptions and the Motion are more properly addressed to the Appeal Board or to the Commission, we have served copies on both the Appeal Board and the Cc= mission, so that both of the possible tribunals have copies of the Exceptions and the Motien.
