Please find enclosed the original and copies of the Intervenor's Memorandum concerning pending issues ahd of Intervenor's Motions for immediate suspension of construction permits and for imposition of sanctions.
These documents should have been mailed yesterday.
However, for a variety of mechanical reasons that was in-possible.
