f NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION Consumers Power Company
(" Consumers Power") hereby notifies all partie's to the.above-captioned proceeding that documents relating to the testimony which will be subnitted at the hearing scheduled to begin on November 16, 1976, on whether the construction permits for the above referenced facility should be continued, modified or suspended, will be made available for inspection and copying by all parties beginning at 9 a.m., Wednesday, November 3, 1976 at.its offices located at 212 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson', Michigan 49201.
This voluntary action is taken pursuant to the Memorandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board dated October 21, 1976, in which the Board stated:
"...the Board hereby opens discovery with 1
