APPLICANT'S MOTION TO PERMIT INITIAL TESTIMONY BY JOSEPH G.
TEMPLE, JR.
After witnesses had filed written testimony and made arrangements to participate in a suspension hearing commencing November 16, 1976, the Licensing Board granted a request for a continuance by Intervenors' Counsel.
As a result of the postponement of the suspension hearing to November 30, 1976, certain unavoidable scheduling conflicts have arisen.
During the week of Nov. 30 - Dec. 3, Joseph G. Temple, Jr.
of The Dow Chemical Company, who will testiify regarding the status of the Dow-Consumers Power Company contract, is only available to testify and be cross-examined on Tuesday, November 30, the first day of the hearing.
