It has come to my attention that Mr. Steven J. Gadler was inadvertently omitted from the list of persons served with the "BRIEF OF CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY IN SUPPORT OF ITS POSITION THAT MR. MARSHALL'S PETITION TO INTERVENE IS BARRED BY RES JUDICATA" on October 31, 1978.
In order to remedy this situation I am sending a copy of the brief to Mr. Gadler today via Federal Express.
