At the suspension proceeding, Consumers Power Company witness Dr. Buckman' testified regarding operating conditions for the Palisades Plant ~ ( s~c e, Tr. 4780-35).
On August 31, 1977, the Boarct and the parties were informed that Consumers Power Company had completed its request for interim power increase for Palisades.
The NRC has now issued Amendment No. 31 to the Palisades Provisional Operating License (No.
J DPR-20/ Docket No. 50-255).
The Operating License has been revised by the incorporation of changes to the Technical Specifications submitted by licensco Consumers Power Company, enclosed with the August-31 letter to the Board and partic'.
The amendment authorizes operation of the Palisades Plant at power levels up to 2530 megawatts thermal, representing a 15% increase over the presently authorized power level of 2200 megawatts thermal.
