Dear Mr. Cumberland:
This will confirm the telephoned arrangements made November 8, 1971.
I understand Room 2010 has been reserved for the U. S. Atomic Safety and Licensing Board sitting in the matter of Consumers Power Company's application for Construction Permits, Docket Nos. J0-329, 330.
The Board will conduct the resumed public hearings, commencing at 9:30 a.m. on November 16, 1971 in the reserved room, address su above.
I will promptly inform you should there be a change of schedule.
It would be appreciated if these were placed in the room, a "T" of tables consisting of a head table, seating three with three tables placed hi the leg of the "T" each to have three chairs on either side. A small table at the upper right side for use of the court reporter would be appreciated.
In addition, could you arrange for sixty chairs to be placed in rows at the foot of the "T" 'for use by the onlooking public.
