Timm In Response to Rebuttal Testimony Filed By Consumers Power Company and The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff.
Due to the press of the other business involved in tn.s pro-ceeding, most notably the preparation of Licensee's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and supporting brief, Licensee was not able to file the attached Motion and Supporting Me:,orandum within the time limit prescribed by the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
