'55o ORDER The Board has before it a " Motion" filed on August 12, 1974, by the Saginaw Group, an in'tervenor in the above-captioned proceeding, seeking a two-week extension of time within which to file Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. As justification for the requested extension, Saginaw asserts that its counsel "is working without fees, and it would work a hard-ship not to grant the additional time requested."
Additionally, Saginaw contends that a grant of the requested extension would not prejudice other parties to this proceeding.
The Board pre-viously set the date of August 12, 1974, as the deadline for the filing of Proposed Findings.
Saginaw's Motion is opposed by Consumers Power Company, the Bechtel intervenors, and the Regulatory Staff, all of whom, in substance, submit that Saginaw has not shown good cause for the additional time it seeks.
The Board has reviewed Saginaw's Motion, and all oppo-sitions thereto.
We are unable to conclude that Saginaw has shown good cause for the requested extension of time within which to file its Proposed Findings.
