viously served upon each of you under date of January 5, 1978. <

For the sake of clarity, I want to emphasi=e that the terms, " documents" and " writings of any kind" are meant literally, and include every sort of written communication regardless of its nature. In particular, I emphasi=e that I those terms include minutes of meetings, agendas of meetings, -

formal or informal reports about meetings, and the like.

Naturally, this includes Directors' meetings as well as meetings of any other sort.
