For the sake of clarity, I want to emphasi=e that the terms, " documents" and " writings of any kind" are meant literally, and include every sort of written communication regardless of its nature.
In particular, I emphasi=e that I
those terms include minutes of meetings, agendas of meetings, formal or informal reports about meetings, and the like.
Naturally, this includes Directors' meetings as well as meetings of any other sort.
