Supreme Court of the United States.has granted certiorari in Consumers Power Company v. Aeschleman. Consequently, the Supreme Court has now agreed to review the decision of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals remanding certain issue relating to the Construction Permits for the Midland units (the subject matter of the proceedings before this Board).
