- .tior written consent of the AEC Regulatory Staff or (2) after termination of the ECCS proceeding (Docket No. RM 50-1) by issuance of ECCS acceptance criteria or by other final action therein by or for the Atomic Energy Commisiicrt.
The corresponding components of Midland Plant Unit No. 2 will not be delivered to the site until substantially later than the times iadicated in the attachment hereto.
