.2- /P - 77 The NRC Staff hereby renews its Motion of December 17, 1977, before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board to direct certification for determination by the Appeal Board, pursuant to 10 CFR 55 2.718(i) and 2.785(b), of the Licensing Board's ruling of November 30, 1976 and December 7,1976 in the captioned proceeding excluding prospective Staff witnesses from the public hearing room during the presentaticn of testimony l
by Consumer Power Company witnesses.
Since the time of the filing of the original Motion, the Licensing Board has continued to rule in this proceeding to exclude prospective staff witnesses from the presentation of f
testimony by witnesses of the Licensee as well as Dow Chemical Company.
