Dear Chairman Murphy:
l With regard to Mr. Lowenstein's October 27 and Mr. Roisman's October 20 letters, it continues to be our view that the number of persons involved in th.s proceed-ing requires that the Board in fixing dates fo-conferenceu and hea.ings, give consideration primarily onif to its own schedule.
To the extent possible, of course, it is desirabic that consideration be given to the conveniences of all.
