ORDER Intervenors other than Dow have orally moved to compel further answers to interrogatories served on the Staff and dated January 3, 1977.
The answers in question are those to interrogatories 1, 6, 7A, 7B, 9, 10, 12 and 13.
We have reviewed the interrogatories and the responses and find that the answers to interrogatories 1, 6, 7A, 9 and 10 are adequate and need not be extended.
The answers to interrogatory 7B are adequate except as follows.
The Staff will specify with particularity the testimony referred to in the existing answer to part (b) and will set out the sources of the estimates of the costs for coal-fired plants if that information is not set out in the referenced testimony.
With respect to the second paragraph of the answer to part (e), the Staff will set out the basis for the conclusion contained therein making reference to documents o other data relied upon.

~ 4 The answer to interrogatory 12 is not responsive.
The Staff will indicate whether it will recommend the constuc-t tion of Midland as now designed if Dow for any reason no longer contemplates the use of steam and electricity from Midland.
This can be answered yes or no and then explained by setting out the basis for'the answer, referencing what-ever information is relied upon.
The answer to interrogatory 13 is not complete.
The interrogatory will be answered by setting out the specific pollutants involved, the quantity of each pollutant emitted, the source and nature of the emission standard referenced in the present answer, and any environmental harm that may occur by reason of the emissions.
The answer will also identify the pollutants emitted if gas or oil is burned, the quantity of such pollutants, the appropriate emission 1Lnits, the source of the emission limits, and any environmental harm dbat may occur from each emission.
The answer will include the identification of any documents or other information l
relied upon in responding.
