Clark, Esq., a previously designated =e=ber of the Board in this proceeding, and a =e=ber of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel qualified in the conduct of administrative proceedings, is designated as Chairman of the Board to succeed the late Jerore Garfinkel, Esq.
This action is taken on the basis of a recommendation by the Board that one of 'the two other members be so desig-nated.
