Dear Senator Griffin:
I am a resident of Gratiot, County presently living in Alna. I hava read much of the controversy regarding the proposed nucient power plant which Consurers Pouer Company has started construction on in the Midland crea. In addition to this Consumers Power Co=pany also has constructed a nuclear power plant on Lake Michigan, 35 miles west of Falamazoo. They are unabic to use this plant at the present time due to the hearing on their right to discharge heated water into Lake Michigan. As an interested citizen I would like you to know that I am real interested in seeing both of these plants go into operation as soon as possibic due to the present energy crisis that our. nation is suffering from.
