Dear Chairman' Murphy:
The May 5 Saginaw submission is replete with flagrant and irresponsible misstatements of' fact including cven as to actual rulings of the Board,and seems to have been written either as another Saginaw threat of reversal for failure to comply with their demands; or for purposes of creating a document for quotation on appeal; or both --
rather than to suggest a realistic schedule for inqu'.ry.
The Saginaw misstatements are answered in the Hearing Record itself and do not deserve further response.
No one need be concerned with review proceedings, so long as each continues to know of the integrity of what has been said and done.
