Mr. Cherry interprets the Rules of Practice,10 C.F.R. Part 2, and the additional five days allowed him by the Board (Tr. 6167) as allowing him until June 30, 1977 to file his findings. Mr. Cherry's interpretation is not correct. Under 10 C.F.R. 62.754(b) as modified by the Board, Mr. Cherry's findings are due 30 days from May 27, 1977, when time began to run. Thus, his findings are due on June 27, 1977. The rule makes no provision for coupling the filing of Consumers' findings to the filing date for Intervenors. This applies likewise to the Staff. The Staff's findings are due o1 July 1,1977, 35 days after time began to run. Should the Board construe Mr. Cherry's letter as a request for an extension of tima until June 30, 1977 to file, the Staff should be provided an extension of three more workdays, making its findings due on July 6, 1977.
