MEMORANDUM OF CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On August 12th, 1974 the Saginaw Group filed a " Motion" for a two-week extension of time within which to file Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law which were due on that date.

The Licensing Board in an " Order" dated August 29th, 1974 denied that " Motion".

On August 26th, 1974 the Saginaw Group mailed to the Licensee, Consumer Power Company, a " Motion" for a further thirty day extension of time within which to file the same Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

For all the reasons given in Memorandum of Consumer Power Company in Opposition to Motion for Extension of Time dated August 15th, 1974, Licensee opposes the granting of this second " Motion" for an extension of time.

Respectfully submitted, lhia.f h}l' 0l!l:.-D </
