Permit, enclosed are ten (10) copies of the nonconformance report for February 1976. The report consists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports, Quality Assurtnce Discrepancy Reports, and Quality Audit Find-ings written or closed durin6 the month, all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect ouen Bechtel IK,2's, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month. There were no Bechtel Management Corrective Action Reports written during the month of February.
