nection uith typing and reproduction, as well as due to the re ent, and limited unavailability of some of the experts uho helped in the preparatien of this Statement, it is not hoing filed until February 6, 1972.
We uould respectfully move the Board by virtue of this letter to permit us to file this Statement of Contentions inr tanter en February 6.
