Re: Consumers Power Company AEC Docket No. 50-329A

Dear Chairman Garfinkel:

Contrary to our statement in our Memorandum by Intervcnor Municipals and Cooperatives on Claims by Consumers Power Company for Withholding Production of Documents filed today, we did receive a list of the privileged documents today, Wednesday, August 17, 1973. To avoid delay in filing i our memorandum, we have not corrected that memorandum, which l states we did not receive a copy of the privileged documents.

We note that that list does not state the specific claim of privilege or the reason therefor. Therefore, providing the list does not affect the substance of our filing.
