Enclosed are three (3) signed originals and sixty-seven (67) confomed copies of Amendment No. 24 to Consumers Power Company's appli-cation for construction pemits and operating licenses for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Plant. Amendment No. 24 updates the description of the proposed meteorological monitoring program which will be conducted at the Midland Plant site.
Copies of Amendment No. 24 have also been sent to Mr. Jerome Maslowski, Assistant Attorney General of the State of Michigan; Mr. Raymond A.
