This letter constitutes our final report on this matter which was reported by interim letter on May 21, 1980.

The nature of the deficiency and the proposed rework were described in the May 21, 1980 interim letter. The safety implication of this matter is that if the defect were not corrected, it.could possibly affect the complete closure of the dampers and thus they could not perform their intended function.

A Ruskin Manufacturing Company service representative visited the site on sune 23, 1980, to perform the rework to, correct the deficiencies that were identified in Ruskin's Part 21 report. A complete report on the rework, includ-ing a description of the damper modifications that were performed, and acceptance by Waldinger-Young & Bertke, our site HVAC contractor, is available on site for your inspection.

We trust that this will be found acceptable as a final report under the 3o/9 5
