RIVER BEND STATION - LUITS 1 & 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-458, 50-459 In your July 2, 1980, letter you requested infonnation with regard to estimates of evacuation times for the vicinity of the River Bend Station.
We have been working closely with the Intisiana Office of Emergency Preparedness who is working under contract to FEMA to deternline evacuation routes and times. Gulf States Utilities received a draft copy of the pro-posed evacuation routes frcm the Office of Emergency Preparedness on July 24, 1980. We now are working to decennine the evacuation times. We will have the evacuation time estimates within the next few weeks. Therefore, we will respond with these times within the next 30 days.
