This is in reply to your letter dated July 9,1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of 64 documents which you variously described. We note that, for each document you requested, you have complied with our requirement of an explanation as to why each document sought is necessary to the prepar~ tion of your case on a particular a
issue which you, as an intervenor, have proferred for consideration by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the Allens Creek proceeding.

To date we have not located copies of your items 1, 2, 21, 25, 2'6, 27, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 54, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, and LERs could not be located on your items 18,19, and 20, however, our search is continuing and we will write you again concerning them.
In conformity with our previous agreement concerning a partial waiver of fees, we have granted you a waiver of 75% of the fees involved in reproducing the 1248 pages of documents enclosed.
For all of the documents enclosed, please send a check in the amount of
$31.20 payable to the "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission" along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Wash 1ngton, DC 20555.
