On July 26, 1980, Interveno:s Dr. David Marrack and Mr. Wayne Rentfro tiled a Motion to Compel Applicant to Answer Intervenors Rentfro-Marrack':. Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents o' 8 May 1980.
Without awaiting the Applicant's response, we deny the instant motion.
Said two Intervenors have either ignored or,for some reason, have failed to understand our Order of June 27, 1980 which was served upon them on June 30, 1980.
In the June 27 Order, at page 3, we denied, in part, an identical Motion to Compel filed on June 16, 1980 and ruled that Applicant did not have to respond to paragraphs 1 and 3 of their May 8 discovery requests since the information sought therein properly should have been sought from the NRC Staff.
It is so ORDERED.
