Pursuant to Section IX.M.2. (a) of our technical specifications, I would like to inform you of the following significant change in our facility organization:
Effective August 15, 1980, Dr. Alan Jacobs will be the Chairman of our Department. In this capacity he will have line responsibility for the University of Florida Training Reactor as vested in the office of depart-ment chairman. The Director of Nuclear Facilities responds to the Depart-ment Chairman for all reactor-related matters. Please address all commu-nications pertinent to this license to the undersigned or to Dr. Jacobs, according to scope and established requirements.
