This is in response to your letter dated April 7, 1980 which transmitted IE Bulletin No. 80-08 concerning examination of containment liner penetration welds.
We plan to propose a schedule for sub-mission of this information for Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3 after the seismic issues that are now currently being studied have been resolved.
