' August 1, 1980 ADDITIONAL TIME FOR CFUR At the close of business on July 28, 1980, the Board received from CFUR a motion for additional time to respond to Applicants'
' Statement of Obj ections and Motion."
The time requer.ted was to August 4, 1980.
At the request of the Board Chairman, her secretary called Mr. McColl's office and gave the following message to his secretary:
" Received July 23 filing late PM'on July 28.
Lack of time will not permit normal channel for request for additional time to August 4 to respond to the Applicants' "Obj ections and Motion".
The request is granted.
A written order will respond to CFUR's objections in the July 23 filing."
The Board expects other parties to respond to the July 23 filing.
Following receipt of these responses, an order will be issued.
