Start at the Intersections of State Routes 9A and 81 Station 30 is located'at the electric substation on State Route 81 just south of intersection with Route 9A in Higganum.
Return to Route 9A.
Follow 9A north into Middletown.
Procede to the "old gas storage location off of State Route 17.
Station 40 is colocated with NUSCO at this pint.
Return to Route 9A heading north (Main Street).
Cross the Connecticut River via the~Arrigoni Bridge.
Follow State Route 17 Alt for approxi-mately 0.8 mi.
Station 41 is located on a pole marked "U. S. Government Property" adjacent to the Portland Post Office.
Reverse direction on Route 17 Alt.
Get into le'ft lane.
Turn left at intersection with State Route 66.
Follow Route 66 through the town of Cobalt.
Route 66 intersects with Route 16A, however continue to follow Route 66 which is West High Street.
Follow West High Street for +1.3 miles to Barton Hill Road, turn right onto Barton Hill Road.
Station 33 is located on the utility pole in front of the fire station side parking lot.
The pole is designated SNET'1.
Go down the hill to State Routes 66 and 16.
Follow Route 16 into Colchester.
At State Route 85 turn left.
Follow this to the State Police Barracks in l
Colchester.
Station 35. is located on a utility pole to the right of the drive-i way and building as you face it.
Follow Route 85 south (return in the direction of Route 6).
Follow this to Lake Haywood Road.
This is near Route 2 underpass.
Turn right onto Lake Haywood Road.

Continue to wn Road (a right turn just before bea area).

Turn left follow for ~1.0 mile to high tension line crossing.
Place Station 32 on utility pole #959 under the high tension lines.
Continue on Hurd Park Road to its end.
Turn right procede for ~0.7 mile to Rock Landing.
Place Station 15 on utility pole #421 opposite the boat storage.
Follow diagram below to place Station 16 on utility pole #632.

Return to Route 151 heading toward Moodus by following Upper Road to its beginning then turn right onto Haddam Neck Road.
Continue to Moodus Road (Route 151) then turn right.
Foll_cw 151 to intersection with Route 149.
Turn right onto Route 149 continue for 1.1 mile.

Go to St.fJohn's School.

Return to Route 9A.
Turn left.
Go to the Monsanto Plant in Deep River.
Place Station 24 along side the NUSCO TLD at the electrical substation.

Return to Route 9A heading north.
Procede to the Connecticut Justice Academy (~1 mile) at Jail Hill Road.
Place Station 12 behind the Justice Academy building on CL&P pole #137.

Follow Jail House Road 0.4 mile.
Place Station 27 on SNET pole #2351 in front of W. K. Brooks residence.
Continue on Walkley Hill Road 51.5 mi.lesi Pass the second intersection of Clark Road.

Follow to Route 81 then left onto 81.
Continue s1.9 mile to Little City Road.
Turn right onto Little City Road.
Place Station 28 on SNET pole #3046 opposite the Haddam Jr. High School.
Continue on Little City Road *2.6 mile, turn right onto continuation of Little City Road.
Follow this for ~4.4 mile as it becomes Foothills Road.
Turn left onto Johnson Lane (this may not be marked).
Follow Johnson Lane for s1.8 miles to Maiden Lane.
Left on Maiden Lane for s0.7 mile. Place Station 39 at Coginchaug Regional High School on SNET pole #1.

Folicw Route 99 to Geer Street.
Geer Street is approximately 4.5 miles N after passing under Arrigoni Bridge.

Return to Route 99.
Continue north on Route 99 (Silas Deane Highway-)
