We received your letter of July 10, 1980, for an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 6400 for changes to the Supertiger shipping container.
Your request has been classified by the Licensing staff as requiring a minor amendment to the certificate. Therefore, a minor amendment fee of
$2,800 is required, as specified in fee Category 118 of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed. Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and mailed to my attention. When submitting the fee, please refer to CONTROL NUMBER 16799.
Please note Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31, which provide that ucon completion of the licensing review, the Commission will review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services, recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary make any refunds.
