Dear Mr. Engelken:
This is in response to your letter dated April 17, 1980, which enclosed IE Bulletin No. 80-09 concerning hydramotor actuator deficiencies. ~The Bulletin requested each licensee to determine whether any safety-related system or component in the facility uses an AH-90 or NH-9G series Hydramotor Actuator manu-factured by ITT General Controls.
A review has been completed and it has been determined that there are none of the subject actuators in use or planned for use in safety-related equipment in Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3.
