Review preliminary proposals, as furnished to the Contractor by the NRC' staff, concerning (1) wheeling to, from, and over the D.C. transmission interconnections; and (2) access to the D.C. transmission interconnections.
Proposals to be reviewed may include those by NRC, D0J, and FERC staffs, by the signa-tories of the 6/9/80 " Settlement Agreement" and by other parties affected by the settlement.

Upon oral consultation with the NRC staff, Contractor will prepare and submit written comments on the aforementioned proposals, including suggested modifications and/or recom-mendations and reasons for such changes.
d.
Review of questions for direct testimony concerning wheeling arrangements and access to the D.C. transmission interconnections.
As a result of this modification, the ceiling amount of the contract remains i
unchanged.
