However, even if I intuit that Houston Lighting & power's employee Dr.F.G.Schlicht is the source cf the allegation of "no impact", it l l

T is clearly impossible to intuit how Dr. F.?.Schlicht conducted the data collection, what methods he used, the quality control procedures, I

the analysis procedures used on any data collected, and overall ,

scientific integrity of the sc-called study leading to the production of sc-called scientific assessment.

Sizilarly, the Applicant's answer to INTERR03ATORY VI.
